Alana Wilcox of Coach House Books will give you an overview of how publishing works and offer advice on how to prepare your manuscript for submission, including the mechanics (formatting, etc.) and the emotions. We’ll talk about agents, slush piles, timelines and more. Please bring any questions you have about how publishing works – no question is too big or too small, or too silly!
